The office is closed weekdays between *12:00
and 12:40 pm for lunch. Our phones are answered by
our answering service weekdays between *12:00
and 1:00 pm, please call back after 1:00 pm.
On weekends and holidays we are
open to see sick children between 9:00 am and 10:30
am. However, our phones are answered by our
answering service. If you need to be seen on a
weekend or holiday during walk-in hours, please use the
south entrance (back of the building) and we will buzz
you in.
Many problems may be solved over the phone.
We are happy to provide this service, but please note
that it against the policy of this clinic to treat by
phone when a child has a serious illness or has never
been seen in our office.
Even when the office is closed, an answering
service is available to make sure your child receives
excellent care. Please call any time your child is ill
or injured and the on-call provider will call you back,
but save routine calls and medication refill requests
for regular office hours.

From time to time our
phones are rolled over to our answering service weekdays
to accommodate staff meetings and/or end of an evening
clinic. If you hear the message "our office is now
closed." Please call back or leave a message with the
answering service. Remember, our phones are not
answered on the weekends or holidays during our walk-in
hours. If you need to reach the on-call provider, leave
a message with our answering service and the on-call
provider will call you back as soon as clinic is over.
